Bronze Powder also known as copper-zinc-gold powder, gold powder. It is a kind of floating flake pigment, which is made of a certain proportion of copper, zinc and aluminum alloy, dissolved into copper water, atomized into copper sand, then washed, de-dried, dried and then entered into dry grinding, adding grinding aids and brighteners, Antioxidant, and then cut the material at different discharge ports through sorting, and then enter polishing, sorting and screening.
The surface of copper powder can be red, golden, white or even purple due to its different composition. The color of copper and gold powder varies with the content of zinc.
Containing Zinc below 10% produce pale gold effect.
10%-25% produces rich light golden effect, called rich pale gold.
25%-30% produces rich light golden effect, called rich gold.
MICROSTRUCTURE AND PARTICLE SIZE DISTRIBUTION OF BRONZE POWDER
The bronze powder particles are flaky texture. Observed under a scanning electron microscope, the flakes are mostly irregular, with a sawtooth shape on the edge, and a small amount of it is a relatively regular circle.
