D Furniture Producing Process :



 

General Construction: 
a. PVC Banding are required on all vertical surfaces
b. All case pieces are to have a full top front rail and full top back rail, a full bottom panel and a full back bottom rail. All casepieces are to be secured with cleats, corner blocks, screws, dowels, and glue. All casepieces with large doors are to have two adjustable floor glides, one in each front corner.

Gluing, Fastening and Framing: 
All joints are to be machined true and even to ensure structural strength and integrity. All wood screw cleats and corner blocks are to be screwed and glued in both directions. All assembly joints, tenon and groove joints, wood cleats, corner blocks, dowel joints, miter joints, etc. are to be thoroughly and evenly glued in accordance with the highest standards in the industry. Excess glue is to be removed from visible areas. The glues used shall be of the highest and best grade obtainable. 


E.Good workmanship production and with good quality control
1) Before the order is confirmed, we would check all the materials and the leather swatches, they should be the  same as the mass production.
2) We will keep trace of every process in the manufacturing from the beginning to the end.
3) We have a QC team of 5 people. All the bed should be checked strictly by out QC team before packing.
4) We will take photos for the customers before packing.
5) Before the delivery, the clients could send the QC here to check the quality and also they can authorize the third party to check the quality here.
6) After the delivery, we will keep trace of the bed quality and try our best to help the clients when the problems happen.

G. Furniture Packing:
4 layers packing: Non-woven fabric, pearl cotton, more foam in the corners, lights, shelves, legs protection, the packing is up to the exporting standards.
1.Packing method: Totally knock-down ,Pearl wool+polyfoam+polyfoam protecting corners+5-  layer carton;
2.Can Put logo on the cartons, the name of the model and details of the model such as pieces, dimension etc;
3.Can have a product sketch printed outside of the package; 
4.Can provide test report;
5. We can make the package as your customized design.
