3. The position accuracy of each hole system does not exceed +0.05mm, and the hole size accuracy is P28D10.
4. The surface roughness of the working surface reaches Ra32

III: Positioning angle ruler, positioning square ruler:

1. The material is 45# steel tempered and blackened

2. Flatness 0.15/1000mm, verticality reaches 0.15/1000mm.
The position accuracy of each hole system on the supporting angle iron does not exceed +0.05mm, and the dimensional accuracy is P28D10

IV: Quick lock pin:

1. Five steel balls must be used for positioning to ensure positioning accuracy

2. The material is 45# steel, tempered, and the lock pin dimensional accuracy is φ28h7.
Steel ball quenching treatment 3. Locking force 21500KG

V: Clamping parts:

1. It is connected to a round tube, flexible in operation, and does not shake after clamping. Clamping force 100Kg~500Kg.

2. The pressure head adopts a split structure, which is easy to repair and replace. The working part is heat treated.
3. No burrs, corrosion spots or scratches on the surface, no slag inclusions or pores on the casting surface, and no peeling of the paint surface

VI: Technical requirements for related configuration accessories:

1. Overall heat treatment of clamping and positioning parts, and spray painting of non-working surfaces

2. Each module can realize XYZ and angle direction adjustment, and the flatness of each positioning surface is <0.2/1000mm, verticality is <0.15/1000mm, and parallelism is <0.2/1000mm
