It is a fully-automatic horizontally-inclined coil inserting machine with hydraulic mechanical transmission and an integrated PLC. The slot wedge realizes the fixed-length auto feeding, cutting, forming, and inserting into stator with coils. With the degree spin-function of the head, manual coil insertion becomes easy and with the auto up and down function, the adjustment and maintenance of the head becomes more convenient. Equipped with the man-machine interface, it features a wide range of accommodation, a compact structure, and simple operation and maintenance.

Description:

With the components of paper feed, body, transmission and circuit, the machine is applicable to the automatic insertion of the electric engine stator coil and paper.
