Motor stator test system

The motor stator test system adopts industrial control computer for centralized control, and all the tested items can be completed by one wiring, which can quickly detect the parameters of national and enterprise compulsory inspection items (power frequency withstand voltage, insulation resistance, inter-turn insulation, DC resistance, rotor steering) and so on. It has the advantages of fast test speed, high precision, easy to use, good reliability, etc., and automatically analyzes and judges the test results; At the same time, it has the functions of statistics, storage, and printing yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All the parameters of the motor under test can be preset for testing.

1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, motor steering test, inductance test
2. DC resistance: test the resistance of the motor winding resistance
3. Insulation resistance: test the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell
