  A2: Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service for customers, just send us your design drawings if you have any customized items need

  Q3:Do you accept low volume for sample order? And what's your MOQ for special tools?
  A3: Yes, our MOQ is 1 piece, and the sample lead time is 3 days. It can be negotiated for special requirement.

  Q4: If we want to work with you, is it possible to get confidentiality?
  A4: Sure, all your information including company info, drawings, PO details will be kept confidential, we can signed non disclosure agreement

  Q5: How long of the lead time?
  A5: for standrad items we have in stock, the lead time is within 3 days. 
       for non-standrad items need to be customized made, the lead time is within 7-15 days.

 Q6: Is free shipping possible?
 A6: We don't offer free shipping service,but we will give you some discount if you buy large quantity products.
