Model: MZ-630, 800, 1000, 1250 IGBT
The MZ series IGBT soft-switch inverter submerged arc automatic welding machine includes four models: 630A, 800A, 1000A, and 1250A.
It can weld butt joints, lap joints, and fillet welds and is widely used in industries such as shipbuilding, pressure vessels, and mechanical manufacturing.
This series of welding machines also have other functions, allowing one machine to perform submerged arc welding, manual arc welding, and carbon arc gouging, significantly increasing equipment utilization.
Main Features:
1. Utilizes IGBT soft-switch inverter technology, compact size, minimal sensitivity to grid voltage fluctuations during the welding process, and significant energy-saving effects.
2. Equipped with functions for submerged arc welding, manual arc welding, and carbon arc gouging. When set to manual welding, it can perform manual welding and carbon arc gouging; when set to submerged arc welding, it can carry out submerged arc welding.
3. Features digital displays for welding current, welding voltage, and wire feeding speed, allowing for pre-setting according to welding specifications.
4. Includes an arc ignition current adjustment potentiometer, increasing the success rate of arc ignition when adjusted to higher values.
5. Offers a thrust current adjustment potentiometer to prevent wire sticking during welding and control the penetration depth.
6. Provides a choice between non-forced wire feeding/forced wire feeding functions. When set to non-forced wire feeding, wire feeding stops upon wire contact with the workpiece to prevent the torch from tilting upward.
7. Features a short-circuit wire retraction function to prevent wire sticking to the workpiece during welding.
8. Includes wire retraction function to prevent wire sticking to the workpiece when welding stops.
9. Equipped with overheat protection.
10. Suitable for various materials, including carbon structural steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, and composite materials.
11. Suitable for plate thicknesses, capable of submerged arc welding for plates with a thickness of 3mm and above.
