Description:

The product is obtained by controlled and submerged fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis. It has the advantage of high efficiency and sanitation etc. It is widely used in leather processing, animal feed, baking, flavouring,beer, soy sauce industries etc .

Working Mechanism: Neutral Protease is a kind of hydrolase, it mainly consist of endopeptidase, aminopeptidase and carboxypeptidase .These enzyme act together on peptide in the molecule and hydrolyze protein to polypeptides, oligopeptides and amino acids in neutral conditions.

1. Effective Temperature : 28-55 ºC, optimum 43-50 ºC

2. p H : Effective Range : 6.2-9.0 , optimum range 6.8-7.6

1. Liquid type : 50000 u/ml ,100000 u/ml Solid type: 50000 u/g, 100000 u/g , food grade 150000u/g

2. Unit definition : The amount of enzyme which liberate 1ug tyrosine per min from casein at pH7.5, 30ºC±0.2ºC(u/g or u/ml).

3. Standard: GB/T 23527-2009.

Application Guide:

1. In the leather processing industry, to move the animal fur, the dosage is 3-6kg/t raw material, softening dosage is 0.15-0.3kg/t raw material. Enzyme activity base on 50000 u/g, below is the same on enzyme activity.

2. In the feed complex enzyme industry, the recommended dosage is 0.02-0.10kg/ complete feed.

3. In baking industry, the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3kg/t flour.

4.In flavoring industry such as animal and plant protein hydrolysis powder and ananimal extract production, the recommended dosage 1-3kg/t raw material, hydrolyze time 2-24 hours on optimual conditions.

5. In the brewing industry such as beer, wine, soy sauce etc, the recommended dosage is 0.2-1.0kg/t dry substance .

6. In the cheese production industry, the recommended dosage is 0.02-0.10kg/t raw material.
