1.What is your MOQ?  (minimum order quantity)
Our MOQ is 1000pcs each design. We accept smaller quantity for some specific items.
2. Where are these products made in?
Our factory is in Dehua, China.  Dehua white porcelain is famous in whole world.  They call it "bright pearl of porcelain in the world"!
3.Is your sample free?
Usually, we don't offer free sample.  But sample cost is refundable if your order more than 3000pcs.
4.Can you print my own design or logo on it?  Can I make a unique item?
Yes, of course!   We specialize in helping our clients to turn their unique ideas into high quality "one of a kind" finished products. So long as you have an idea, we can work with you to create the appropriate artwork, prototypes, and bringing your ideas to life!
5.What is your delivery time?
It's about 40-45 days after order confirm, it's negotiable.
6.Can your ceramic tableware pass the food grade safety test?
Yes, all of our tableware are Lead free and low Cadmium, SGS, FDA & CA Prop 65 approved.
