A1: Yes. We offer some sample as free, but the delivery fee has to be paid by customer.

A2: We suggest that you place a sample order for testing first. Each product has been strictly tested one by one before delivery

A3: Both, It can be customized if products quantity reache a certain number.

Q4: Can you provide the packing box with our design?
A4: If you order above a certain number, it is absolutely that we can provide you the product with your design. 

Q5: How should I pay?
A5: You can pay by T/T at sight, Western Union, Made-in-China Platform, or Alipay etc. 

Q6: When do we ship?
A6: Small order - within 2-3 working days after receiving payment.
Bulk order - 3-7 business days for reference (details will be subject to actual situation)

Q7: I prefer to shipping the products by Specified express. Will you do that for me?
A7: If you have your own cargo agent, that's no problem.
If you don't have. We will normally choose another suitable express for you.

Q8: How long can I receive the goods?
A8: It depends on the distance and transportations. Usually we will send the products to express  after we receive the payment as soon as possible. We will provide you with the tracking number and certain website which are convenient for you to know the latest express information within 3 days.
