Product Description
This type glass bottle dryer is mainly used to dry bottle after bottle water brushing or washing. After drying bottle, the bottle could be used to filling oil or other beverage, or crushing bottle for use. It is made with drying tunnel with heating tube inside up on the conveyor, the length of drying tunnel depends on the drying capacity and drying degree. The bottle inside and outside could be dry well. The conveyor is with stainless steel belt, good quality and long lifespan, the speed is adjustable. The conveyor is suitable for different bottle size from diameter 30-100mm, so the bottle is easy to use.
Working process:
First install the drying tunnel and conveyor, get through the power to make the heating tube to heat, and the conveyor will run, manual put the glass bottles on the conveyor which have been brushed and label removed, then bottles will go through drying tunnel with slow speed, with the heating tube function, bottles will be dried, then go out through the conveyor, manual gets off the bottles for use.
The speed of conveyor system is adjustable for meeting with the drying degree.
