NJ508-70 thread  tubing/ casing coupling bucking unit

NJ508-70 premium thread  tubing/ casing coupling bucking unit is the special equipment applied to the processing of premium thread oil pipe. It is also applied to the coupling screw of the premium thread such as FOX, NK3SB,VAM,BGT as well as the common thread .
With slight mark and the depth of being less than 0.1mm, the floating arm tong is able to inspect the make-up torque precisely and display the torque of inflection point clearly during the make-up process. It changes speed automatically during the make-up process and the low rotation speed is lower than 10r/min. It is thus applied to the processing demand of premium threads.

The stepless speed change can be realized by adjusting the power tong to rotate in any speed within the range of 0.5r/min~12.5r/min in combination with electrical control system and hydraulic power system. During making-up, the speed inversely slows down as the torque increases, it rotates at a high speed when the torque is small for the purpose of ensuring the making-up efficiency, when the torque is large, the speed will steadily slow down, which strictly meets the API Specification, ensuring the making-up process not exceed the set torque .

 ZKN-N403 torque control system: TPC for short, is an advanced torque signal processing control and record system which can be used to measure, display, record and control torque when making up the tubes so as to ensure the best screw torque is achieved in the tube joints and all curve data of all joints in screw tightening period are stored in the disc for later search.
