Function
This machine is used to thermal bond the web from cross lapper by melting the low melt fiber by hot air penetration.

 
  • Compact design for heating chamber to achieve the best heat energy utilization.
  • Unique design for thermal insulation layer so as to achieve the best insulating result, reducing heat loss
  • The distance between upper air channel and conveyor belt can be automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the web.

Characteristics:
(1) Top-blowing and bottom-suction, bottom-blowing and top suction alternately to evenly thermal bond  through the wadding and ensure the uniform surface.
(2) Burners are directly connected to the suction fan by stainless steel pipe to improve the mixing effect of the heated air.
(3) Upper air channel uses Teflon soft connections to achieve excellent sealing during hot air circulation.
(4) Unique design for thermal insulation layer so as to achieve the best insulating result, reducing heat loss.
