Nonionic Fabric Scouring Agent dB-108A

Suitable for discontinuous treatment of scouring for various fibers.

Special Properties:

1. Perfect penetrating and scouring ability, endow the treated fabrics with good whiteness and capillary;

2. Very good effect of prevent oil-staining, ensure no floating oil and wax within scouring bath, provide wide and stable environment for pretreatment process;

3. Low foaming.
4.Excellent performance in dispersing, retarding and transferring dyeing
5.Extremely good in dyeing penetrability
6.Widely applied in the range of pH value 5~7, stable in electrolyte of common concentration

Chemical Composition: surfactant polymer

Stability: Resistance to acid, strong alkali, H.T. and oxidant

Storage: can be stored for 12 months in closed container and under normal temperature after EX factory

Application and Process

The dosage is determined by impurity and composition of fabrics, the suggested dosage is 0.5~1%.
