Npcc-801 Nano Precipitated Calcium Carbonate for Lubricating Grease

 Nano calcium carbonate as a new functional filler is widely used in many industries. Our NPCC-801 for lubricating gre ase was invented by nano specialists and is produced with a special process. It is fine in particle size (15-40nm), even in partial size distribution, big in specific area, and hign in activation. It is widely used in lubricating grease based on lithium a nd calcium, also in grease for high temperature application, general purpose lithium based grease, extreme pressure alu minum soap grease etc.

í  Super  filling  property
NPCC-801   can effectively adjust viscosity, colloid stability, cone penetration, etc, hence there is no settlement, and viscosity is very stable, which solve the problem of viscosity changing with seasons.
f Good  in  high temperature  resistance
With NPCC-801 added, high temperature resistance is increased greatly. Lubricating grease always losses due to high temperature from long-time mechanical movements, hence lubricating grease can not function as expec ted. This problem is effectively solved with NPCC-801 added.
í  Super  nano  effect
Nano is high in surface activation, so nano itself has good lubricating property. With NPCC-801 added, mechani cal parts have extra lubricating effect from NPCC-801, hence effectively decrease wear.
 

2.Application

1)Rubber: it can reduce the amount of expensive natural rubber,increase its volume ,reduce costs, After adding calcium carbonate then can be obtain higher strength tensile ,tear strength and abrasion resistance than the pure Rubber vulcanizate

2)Chemical manufacturing materials: it is heat-proof, chemical corrosion-proof,cold-proof, anti-noise, shockproof and easy to process. Therefore it can be used to make doors, dry motar ,ceilings, wallboard,waterpipe,handrail of stairs,floor board and electric wire,etc.

3)Painting& coating: it is as the filling and as the framework, Latex paint more than 30% amount are used in thick paint ,26%-60% amount are used in water-based pain

4)Plastic, it can increase the volume of plastics, reduce the costs, improve the size, stability, hardness and tenacity of plastic products.

5)Paperpulp material: it can fully make use of its high whiteness, affinity to water and shock intensity, low cost widely using .
