Characteristics and uses
1. This oil agent is a unified oil agent for front and rear spinning of short fibers. It is generally suitable for spinning and spinning of cotton and wool short fibers.
2. It has excellent spinnability in short fiber opening, carding, web forming, drawing, woolen spinning, worsted spinning and other processes.
3. The oil has good wetting properties. The oil spreads quickly on the fibers and can be oiled evenly in an instant.
4. It has good antistatic properties and can effectively suppress static electricity generated in the process.
5. The fiber tows applied with the oil have good cohesion and excellent hand feel.
6. This oil is an environmentally friendly oil, and the formula does not contain alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ethers (APEO, NPEO, OPEO), etc.

4. How to use
Emulsion preparation method: Add a certain amount of oil to the stirred deionized water and stir evenly for 30 minutes.
Recommended emulsion concentration: 0.2 to 0.4% for pre-spinning and 2 to 4% for post-spinning (calculated based on active ingredients)
Note: In winter, please fully balance the oil agent in the greenhouse and raise the water temperature to above 30°C if necessary.
5. Packaging and storage
Store indoors, away from direct sunlight.
