1)With High electricity conductivity: 0.09S/cm(900 Celsius), It is used as electrolyte substrates for solid oxide fuel cells(SOFC) and sensor apparatus cells substrates;
2)With an approximate expansion coefficient with copper, It is also used as integrate circuit and resistor base plate;
3)With properties of high wear and chemical corrosion resistance, high strength, It's also used in machinery components;
4)With high chemical and mechanical stability and low price, A cubic crystal zirconia substrate is widely used as High-temperature  superconductors Substrate.
5)Furthermore it is used in laser and sintering of electronic components.
