Geocell Production Line
Geocell Production Line is used to produce plastic geocell, which is a kind of geo-product with alveolate and three-dimensional structure which processed the thermoplastic sheet by the ultrasonic welding machine and other methods.
Its special three-dimensional structure makes it possible to form the different viscous force, different reinforcing bar intensity and different thickness of cushion. It is widely used in the fields of the reinforcing of railway, strengthening roadbed, protect of field bank, building of earth protection wall, and so on.
At present, the production of PP sheet mainly adopts T-type head, and then it is produced by two-roll calendering or casting method. The process is as follows: batching, extrusion, plasticizing head, calendering, film forming, traction, trimming, length, and shearing of the finished product. Material recycling and crushing.
The equipment mainly includes extruder, quick screen changer, filter, heater, cooling water tank, two-roll calender, tractor, slicer, etc. This production line is suitable for producing PP sheets below 2MM, with good cooling and shaping effect, High efficiency, low investment and so on.
