Appearance and characters:
White powder, Odoriess. Insoluble in water, alcohol, thin acid. Specific weight: 4.0~4.6. As an ecofriendly material with strong chemical inertnes, good stability, acid-alkaline resistant, suitable hardness, high specific gravity, high whiteness, absorbing harmful rays, etc.

Application:
1. Used for oil drilling to prevent blowing by being as weighting agent, cooling the dril bit, taking away the clastic. Lubricating pipe, enclosed bit space controling oil pressure
2. Manufacturing barium sulfate, Barium chloride, Barium oxide, barium hydroxide and so on.
3. Filler: In the coating field, added into coating to enhance coating's characters partly


Test methods
1. Average particle size, medium value of cumulative distribution with the equipemtn of Laser particle size analyze
2.325 mesh Sleve residue: Calculate the rate of residue which stays on the 325 Sieve with water-way
3. Whiteness: With DN-B Photoelectric brightness tester
4. Oil absorption value: With JIS-K5101, Linseed oil
5. Moisture: Drying in Oven
