Product Description
Cement head refers to the cementing device installed at the top of the casing to connect the casing and ground manifold during cementing and injection. Through the cement head, operations such as circulation, injection of isolation fluid, injection of mud, release of rubber plugs, and slurry replacement can be completed, making it the main hub of the surface manifold wellhead for cementing operations. The double plug cement head can store two cementing plugs without stopping the pump to install the cementing plugs. The necessary pump shutdown is only necessary when switching the operation pipeline to the cement injection pipeline. The storage/delivery system for double plug cement heads is the same as that for single plug cement heads All series specifications meet the requirements of SY/T7084-2016 standard.
This product has the following advantages: 1. The hydraulic backup tong is combined with the main tong to form a combination tong. By operating the manual directional valve on the main tong, the backup tong automatically tightens or loosens the oil pipe synchronously. 2. The main tong and backup tong heads are equipped with an inner curved roller climbing bidirectional clamping mechanism, and the reverse clamping only needs to rotate the steering on the main tong and backup tong by 180 degrees. 3. According to user needs, the power tong can also be equipped with an overflow valve to provide overload protection in case of failure of the oil supply system overflow valve. 4. The opening of the clamp head is equipped with an automatic opening and closing safety door, which serves as safety protection for the working room. 5. Adjusting the oil supply pressure can obtain the torque required for various materials of oil pipes when making up.
