Rubber waterstop

Function
Prevent water penetration: At the construction joints, deformation joints and other parts of the concrete structure, the waterstop can effectively prevent the penetration of water and ensure the waterproof performance of the project

The types of waterstop belts
  1.Rubber waterstop: It has good elasticity, wear resistance and aging resistance, and is suitable for various projects.
      *Embedded rubber waterstop: Embedded in the middle of the concrete structure, it can effectively prevent water penetration.
      *External-attached rubber waterstop: It is pasted on the surface of concrete structures to play a role in waterproofing and protection.
 
  2.Plastic waterstop: It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, low-temperature resistance, etc., and is often used in engineering in some special environments.

  3.Steel-edge rubber waterstop: Steel edges are added on both sides of the rubber waterstop, enhancing the strength and rigidity of the waterstop.
     
Installation method of waterstop belts
  1.Preparatory work: Clean the construction joints, deformation joints and other parts to ensure a smooth and clean surface.
  2.Positioning and installation: According to the design requirements, determine the position of the waterstop and fix it. It can be fixed by means of steel bars, clamps, etc.
  3.Connection processing: If the waterstop needs to be connected, special connection methods such as hot vulcanization connection and cold bonding connection should be adopted to ensure a firm and sealed connection.
  4.Concrete pouring: After the waterstop is installed, carry out concrete pouring. During the pouring process, attention should be paid to avoiding the displacement and deformation of the waterstop.
