Materials and Design

1. Durability and Aesthetics: The product features a fully enclosed edge design for enhanced durability and a double-layer wide pressed edge for a more attractive appearance.

2. Corrosion Resistance: All fasteners are treated with corrosion-resistant Dacromet coating to extend the lifespan of the product.

3. Precision Cutting: Materials are cut using fully automatic laser cutting equipment to ensure precision and consistency.

4. Welding: CO₂ gas shielded welding is used for tight, firm, and aesthetically pleasing joints.

5. Surface Treatment: The surface undergoes shot blasting with 0.8mm diameter steel shots to thoroughly remove rust and create a smooth surface, enhancing powder coating adhesion and ensuring a fine coating texture.

6. Powder Coating: The product is treated with electrostatic powder coating, ensuring strong adhesion. The coating thickness ranges from 90μm to 150μm, with a hardness of 2H. The finish is uniform, bright, weather-resistant, and anti-aging.

7. Safety: The entire machine is free from hooks, pinch points, shear points, and clamping areas, ensuring user safety.
