Q:Are you a tubes manufacturer or trading company ?
A:We are professional empty cosmetic tube manufacturer with over 15 years experience. We have our own factory and can give you more competitive price.  

Q:What is the usage of your product ?
A:Here are some samples can be packed in our tubes: Skin care, Toothpaste, Hair care, Hand cream, Shower gels, Ointment, Lip gloss, Mascara, BB cream, Foaming cleanser, Shampoo…etc.

Q:Can you send me the free samples?
A:Of course, we can send you free samples, but the freight for the express is covered by the buyers.  

Q:How long is your delivery time?
A:Generally speaking, it will take 10-12 days for making the sample. 30-35 days after samples confirmation for your order production. It is also depending on the quantities of your order.  

Q:What is your terms of payment ?
A:30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.  

Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing.  

Q:How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?
A:When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as model no, product size,and tube length, color, order quantity.We will make you an offer with complete details soon.  

Q:How to start a custom project with your company?
A:Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit or sample making cost.
