Product Description
    BC580 system is used to wash water-soluble flux and other contamination on PCBA after PCBA soldering.
The system adopts stainless steel net conveyor system, high flow  water spray wash and rinse process to make PCBA clean. This wash system consist of DI water spray wash, DI water spray rinse, DI water final spray rinse, Hot air blow dry process.

   
 Put in PCBA → DI water wash → DI water pre-rinse → DI water rinse → DI water final rinse → Air blow → hot air dry 1 → hot air dry 2 → send out PCBA
 
  1. Wash section:  Hot DI water soften, decrease the biscosity of flux,wash flux and solder balls on PCBA.
  2. Pre-rinse section: DI water spray to take off flux and liquid residuals on PCBA.
  3. Rinse section: DI water further spray to take off liquid and ion contamination on PCBA.
  4. Final rinse section: Fresh DI water to take off ion contamination on PCBA.
  5. Air blow section: Blow off DI water residual on PCBA.
  6. Hot air dry section: Hot air blow to make moisture into vapor to make PCBA dry.
