The blister lining of HDPE material is designed according to the characteristics, size and other information of the customer's product, and is blistered by the mold. and mold design and producion lead time around 15 days.


The overall size of the blister lining needs to be set according to the inner diameter of its supporting honeycomb coaming box. It is generally suitable for products with simple structure, fewer models and relatively large annual consumption, which can be used repeatedly and have a service life of more than 3 years. The designed blister lining can be stacked in the forward direction, and can be folded after rotating 180 degrees to save the volume returned by the empty lining.
If the reproduced product has anti-static requirements, such as PCBA, the material of the blister lining can also add anti-static particles, and the final product anti-static index will be 10³~109
