Materials selecting
Yanpai use 100% virgin fiber and yarns as our raw material. We never use any recycled materials.
The main industrial weave we made include monofilament, multi-filament, staple fiber, which are come from PET, PP, PV, PA, PVA, Aramid, PPS, PTFE and fiberglass etc.

Fabrication
Our highly trained 700 workers use advanced heavy looms from Germany and those best yarn materials to weave over a million lineal meters of fabric per month. Yanpai has over 2500 standard products. They exceed industry standards in most countries for food, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical, automotive, and electronic industries. Yanpai carries "Three One" (One team, one loom, one item) Product Policy, which ensures consistency in meeting precision standards.


QC testing
Yanpai QC department, inner testing centers and labs constantly check fabric quality before ship them out, which enables Yanpai to meet precision standards

 
Packaging
All cargos are sea-worthy packed, which can stand long-distance and poor-condition shipment.
Carons and pallets are also available if requested. 
 

Delivery
Yanpai has our long time cooperated forwarder. They can handle the deliveries and ship cargos safely to you. You can also tell us your nominated forwarder, if you prefer.
The default departure port in China is Ningbo See/Air port. Let us know if you have any preference.
