1. No pin connection between Disc and stem
     Stem through the valve plate, the use of hexagonal design of the clamp to drive the valve plate, is our unique design characteristics. This design prevents the stem from coming into contact with the medium in the line. And this structure makes the valve disassembly simple, just take out the circlip spring and then pull out the stem from the valve plate. Pinless butterfly valve Cv value is higher than other similar products, less turbulence, good pressure recovery.

3.Disc design features
     One-piece design, the edge of the spherical machining and hand polishing, has the advantages of low torque force, long service life of the seat and good sealing performance. When applied in the field of health, it can completely prevent the storage of dust particles. Valve plate surface can be sprayed: PTFE, ETCFE, nylon, tungsten carbide, ceramic, or coated ethylene propylene, butyl blue, fluorine rubber, PTFE and other rubber or anticorrosive material surface, prevent metal surface erosion and corrosion. Valve plate mandrel design has better bearing effect. The valve plate is built with hexagonal groove, which closely matches the valve stem.

4.Design characteristics of bushing packing
     Blowout proof design:The valve stem is prevented from blowing out by the anti-blowing circlip, and it is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
     Shaft sleeve:Corrosion resistant PTFE valve bushing or copper bushing can absorb side thrust under heavy load
      Valve shaft packing:Self-expanding Y-ring packing and O-ring double seal  design, can ensure the absolute two-way seal.
