A1. We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side. For customized sample, we will charge sample fee, after place order, we will refund the sample fee.

A3. Generally 3-4 days after payment for stock 30-40 days after payment for customized order, it depends on the products & quantity.

A4. Payment by western union or Alibaba escrow, T/T 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment. We also accept B/L or Trade Assurance through Alibaba.

A7. We offer price of EXW, you can choose delivery by air, vessel, or international express. Shipping port can be Ningbo/Shanghai .
