PU/PVC COATING LINE
Function: Transfer coating, also known as casting process, coats the PU/PVC solution on the release paper with a reverse roller or scraper. After drying or turning into film form, laminate with the backing cloth or PU base with the PU/PVC film layer. Separate it from the release paper after plasticizing and cooling.
Application: Automobiles, Upholstery, Bags and Cases, Shoes, Garments, etc.
Process: Unwinding→Accumulating→Coating→Drying→Cooling→Separating→Winding
