Made from durable PVC, lightweight PERMAFORM panels clip and slide together and are core-filled with concrete to form walls. The panels remain in place as sacrificial formwork, leaving a high quality, clean, straight surface with minimal deflection.

The classification of PVC permanent concrete wall system.

1. Stay in place (SIP) pvc formwork
Stay in place (SIP) formwork can regard it as the basic style of pvc formwork , the concept of concrete formwork that is installed, filled and not removed. This eliminates the need to strip and stack, unload from site, transport back to a yard of storage.

2. Insulated concrete formwork (ICF)
Insulated concrete formwork (ICF) is development of stay in place formwork (SIP) with additional thermal insulation properties.
Typically ICF forms, ICF walls, ICF panels etc involve expanded polystyrene EPS foam as the actual formwork mould. Whilst this provides thermal benefits it is a soft substrate under applied finishes and prone to impact damage.
