Function and Profile
This machine is used for the window film patching in the production of Carton and Corrugated Carton.
Automatic positioning and paper feeding, no more manual work required.No need to add silkscreen mould for gluing window boxes stick. The teaching system is supported to adjust machines. Accurate painting glue, uniform gluing. Easy to learn and operate.
 
Partial Mechanism Function Description
Paper Feeding Section
Automatic Paper feeding section:High technic precise feeder, fit both paperboard and corrugated paper.6 suctions , can adjust angle and height of suction nozzle according to the paper distortion.
Gluing Section
Adjusting high precision glue gun:the glue could be adjusted into dots or lines.Compared with handwork,Gluing machine is more standardized and can save more than 40% of glue
Applicable to all shapes of windows:suitable for products with multiple windows and special shaped windows.Also adopting optional side gluing function,fit to the production of rigid boxes and craft boxes.
 
PLC Control System
Teaching Trajectory Mode:
The worker needs to preform one time gluing track, then the data of running track  will
be saved. And the machine will start working and repeat the gluing track.

CAD Trajectory Mode:The Plc system can automaticly read the data of CAD die-cutting drawings,which is more convenient and efficient.After input the cad drawings ,the machine will start gluing automatic according to the data.
