Paper Making Machine Pulp Line Steaming Ball Cooking Pulp

A rotary cooking pulping equipment. It is spherical in itself, mainly composed of a sphere, a base, a transmission and other parts. The spheres are made of steel plates welded or riveted. A charging hole is opened at the vertical centerline of the sphere for charging and feeding the material and cooking liquid chemical. The steam for cooking and heating and condensate water are discharged from the hollow journal. The advantages of the digester are that the raw materials in the ball are fully mixed with the liquid chemical, the quality of the pulp is relatively uniform, the liquid ratio is low, the liquid chemical concentration is high, the cooking time can be shortened, the equipment is simple, the investment is low, and it is easy to manage and maintain. The disadvantage is that the area is large, the steam is directly vented, and the concentration of the liquid chemical changes greatly. It is mostly used in small and medium straw pulp mills. The digester produced in China are of 14m3, 25m3 and 40m3 according to the volume.
