Ceramic pipes (wear-resistant) are manufactured using a high-tech production process - self ignition high-temperature clutch
synthesis method. The pipe is composed of three layers, namely corundum ceramic, transition layer, and steel, from the inside out.
The ceramic layer forms dense corundum ceramic (AL2O3) at high temperatures above 2200 , and forms a strong bond with the steel
pipe through the transition layer.
 
 
Performance characteristics 1. Good wear resistance: The inner ceramic layer of the wear-resistant ceramic bend pipe is wear-resistant engineering ceramics, with a hardness (HRA) of ≥ 84, and its wear resistance is more than 10 times that of high chromium wear-resistant cast iron alloy fittings. Using a 5mm thick ceramic layer, its actual wear-resistant service life will be equivalent to 50mm thick wear-resistant cast steel. 2. Corrosion resistance: By using different wear-resistant ceramic materials, it has excellent anti-corrosion performance against different corrosive media, and is resistant to strong corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, and brine corrosion. 3. Good high-temperature resistance: Wear resistant ceramics themselves have the ability to withstand high temperatures above 1200 degrees Celsius. Through reasonable design and the use of different composite methods, wear resistant ceramic fittings can operate for a long time in the humidity range of -50 to 800 , especially suitable for high-temperature burners, etc. 4. Equipment lining. The lining engineering ceramics have high strength, hardness, and excellent wear and corrosion resistance. 5. Reduce engineering costs: Wear resistant ceramic fittings are mainly used for conveying liquid-solid two-phase flow substances and corrosive media of conveyor belt particles. They are used to replace expensive stainless steel pipes, high chromium cast steel pipes, and hard alloy wear-resistant pipes, which can directly reduce engineering costs and extend their use. 6. Long lifespan. The product has a high cost performance ratio, which can save the cost and time of maintenance and material replacement. Application scope 1.
