A: If it is confirmed that it is a quality issue with our product. We will replace with new product or send replacement components free of charge for those broken product under warranty time, But the shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
Discounted new product or replacement components will be offered for those broken product exceeds warranty time.

Q: What about the samples?
A: The samples you have requested are now available. but according to our company' policy, the customer must pay the shipping cost & Samples fee. and we will return Samples fee after your order confirmed.

Q:The sample delivery fee is too high, what should we do?
A:We understand that the shipping cost may be higher for your sample orders in such a quantity although we try the best to find a cheapest shipping agent for your order. But we promise you that we can deduct this amount of fees from your future orders if your quantity reach 500 pieces. Or you can also consider ordering more samples for testing to reduce the shipping cost per product if you do not  try to order 500 pieces right away.
