The new PX-BFC80 SmartFiller all-in-one filling line is rated for 35-40 fills per minute, depending on fill volume. Filling, inserting and capping stations in a straight line. The 4-nozzle filling station is equipped with a precision 4-head piston pump with an accuracy of ±1%. Insertion station includes closed cabinet with vibrating bowl for feeding, with 10-50mm diameter lid and 10-25mm diameter brush. If there is no bottle, it will not be filled, inserted or capped.
