  3.Hydraulic rapid screen changer

  Hydraulic changing screen device uses structure with two pistons and two working position and

  with venting function. When changing screen, it can guarantee that machine is not be stopped

  and production speed is not reduced. It does not influence quality of product

  High precision water tank made from specify steel material , high Wear resistance and good sliding properties.
  Automatically control water temperature and water level

• 5.the first pre-heating unit

  Made up of 5 pre-heating rollers driven by gear,the oil temperature controller is equipped for controlling rollers temperature. Gear driving,driving stable,low noise.

• 6. Special designed Heating oven

  heating oven is used for stretching heating, it has a feature of heating fast,designed for Special strong tensile strength requirement
