Product Description
Tubing Pump is designed and processed in accordance with API Spec. 11AX. Both ends of the pump barrel are external threads with a wall thickness of 1/4" (6.35mm). The two ends of the barrel are connected with an extension at a certain length. The plunger can enter and exit the pump barrel during the up and down strokes. The both ends of the barrel wipe the plunger surface to prevent grit and debris from entering into the fit clearance between barrel and plunger , which can effectively protect the pump barrel.
When the tubing size is specified, the tubing pump can provide the maximum pump diameter. Compared with the rod pump, the running depth of tubing pump is deeper and the displacement is greater in the well with same tubing size. In addition, through the selection of fittings materials, various heat treatment processes and surface treatment processes, the requirements of well conditions for product strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance can be met.
