Phase angle power control module
KCF-3 three-phase thyristor trigger is designed and manufactured with military-grade PCB and imported single-chip microcomputer. It is used to trigger thyristor to realize voltage regulation function. It can adjust the voltage of the primary side of the transformer, welding machine, temperature control, dimming, charging, excitation, electroplating, electrolysis, water treatment, etc.
Product features:
1) The trigger waveform has good symmetry, control accuracy is ≤5%, linearization is high, and the operation is stable.
2) The triggering power is large, which can directly trigger the thyristor within 3000A.
3) Various control signals, potentiometer (10K), DC1-5V, DC2-10V, DC4-20mA.
4) With soft start function, power-on soft start protects the thyristor and the load from shock (required when ordering).
Set the delay time 0-164 seconds.
5) Design is novel and unique, the three-phase has no phase sequence restriction, wiring is simple, and the maintenance is convenient.
6) The main circuit and control circuit are fully isolated, safe and reliable.
7) The sprayed three-proof paint has a layer of transparent protective film, which has superior moisture, dust and corrosion resistance.
8) The trigger module has the function of blocking the trigger pulse for events or faults, such as blocking the pulse when load is turned on, so that the thyristor of the main circuit is completely turned off.
