For the reed, All the materials we use are imported from overseas in which aluminium alloy balks and stainless steel reed blades are from Japan KIJI Company , resin glue and stainless steel elastic yarns are from South Korea. It is our philosophy that high-quality metal reeds are produced on the basis of good materials.
There are many automatic reed-making machines in various specifications ranging from model 190 to model 360 meeting the requests in width of different machines( max length 4000mm) in our company.
During the course, any gluing or solidification is carried out after a careful and complete test on the height and depth of an airflow slot by a well-trained clerk. Tests and corrections in key parts time after time are essential measures taken to assure the reeds' high quality. Before leaving factory, the airflow figure of each metal reed must be given and every reed is checked out by a computerized testing record. The airflow figure testing list is a kind of scientific gist showing the fluency and gas cost of a reed.
