Silica gel can be used as a desiccant and can be reused.Silica gel is made of silica acid gel mSiO2·nH2O appropriate dehydration into porous substances of different particle sizes.
With an open porous structure, larger than the surface (surface area per unit mass), can adsorb many substances, is a good desiccant, adsorbent and catalyst carrier.The adsorption of silica gel is mainly physical adsorption, can be regenerated and repeated use.
Transparent Silica Gel is non-indicating gel which is not impregnated with any indicating agents.
When white gel particles free from moisture, it goes transparent white or tums into milky white.
