Huilp's low deformation welding technology of copper and steel ,especially the transfer welding technology between ladle copper hanger bar and 316L stainless steel plate are at an advanced level, through which reached the goal of permanent stainless steel cathode plate's 99%-99.9% conductivity as well as reduced the cost of each plate by 10%.
Plastic ABS or PPO used as the raw material of electrolytic insulated edge strip for it has good performance on high temperature resistant,so the edge strips are able to keep strong tension force even work under high temperature conditions.The service life of edge strips are about 3 years.
