The insulation coating mainly adopts the plasma sprayed high-purity alumina ceramic material series, which has a high electrical resistivity, a dielectric constant of 12, and an insulation strength of up to 1069V/0.1mm. When the thickness is less than 1mm, it can withstand voltage of over 2500V at high temperatures of 1300 ºC, meeting the requirements of electrical insulation at high temperatures. At the same time, this material has excellent properties such as high hardness, good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
 
Application direction:
1. Insulation shell for guide rods, bearings, and rollers.
2. Insulation for electric vehicle chargers.
3. Used in the electronics and semiconductor industry for electrical insulation and isolation coatings.
4. Corona roller.
