Pulverising Mill Airbag Clamp 0044-0004

 

The air-bag is suitable for mill and millmate that requires a pneumatic supply rated at 700 kPa. The Mill and Millmate are both fitted with pneumatic regulators for the air-bag clamp (Mill) and air-bag lifter (Millmate).
 

How to change Air-bag clamp :

 

Follow the steps and refer to the Figure below, if the air-bag clamp is not working.

 

Step 1

Check the air supply, lines and fittings for any faults, breaks, leaking or other damage.

 

 Step 2

Restore the air supply or replace any leaking or damaged lines or fittings as necessary.

 

 Step 3

To replace a faulty air-bag clamp, undo the air-line fitting on top of the clamp and undo the two (2) bolts holding the air-bag clamp to the Mill platform top arm.

 

 Step 4

Replace with a new air-bag clamp.

 

Note: Always use thread tape when installing any threaded air fittings.

What to do if Millmate lifting arm not operating:

 

Follow the steps and refer to the Figure below, if the Millmate lifting arm is not operating.

 

Step 1

Check the air supply and all the air-lines and fittings supplying the air-bag and control buttons for leaks or breaks. Restore the air supply or replace any fittings or lines as necessary.

 

 Step 2

To replace a faulty air-bag, remove the two (2) bolts securing the air-bag, undo the air-line fitting and replace the air-bag with a new one.

 

Note: Always use thread tape on any threaded air-line fittings.
