Polyacrylate Rubber

ACM-X is an active chlorin type polyacrylate rubber, a heat-resistant product. It is made of high-strength acrylic monomers through emulsion polymerization. It has excellent aging resistance, oil resistance, high temperature resistance, and ozone resistance. The products have obtained RoHS, REACH, MSDS and other certifications and reports, and have been exported to many countries and regions. They are suitable for automobile oil seals, O-rings, cylinder gaskets and transformer seals, and are widely used in automobiles, motorcycles, ships, electric power, etc.
 

Features:

1. High temperature resistance, the highest operating temperature is 190ºC, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 200ºC;

2. The product has excellent physical and mechanical properties, and its tensile strength can reach 17MPa.

Performance:

Recommended Vulcanization System:

1. Soap/sulfur: it is recommended to be used within 2 weeks after mixing.

2. TCY: it is recommended to be used within 24 hours after mixing.
