General introduction of the anti-static filter material:
Some industrial dust will blast once met the static discharge / sparks if the flammable and combustible materials' content comes to a certain extent, which will bring the explosion and fire, especial easily to happen when collect the dust in flour mills, chemical plants and coal industries, etc. So the dust should be collected with special dust collector bags which are anti-static.
Zonel Filtech absorbed the advanced technology and research & developed the anti-static needle felt filter cloths and anti-static filter bag for flammable dust collection for many industries.

Relevant specification for the anti-static nonwoven media:
Material available: polyester anti-static felt, polypropylene anti-static needle felt, PPS anti-static needle felt, etc.
Anti-static style: scrim anti-static (wire line and square cells type), blended anti-static (blended with modified anti-static fiber, carbon fiber anti-static filter material, stainless steel fiber, copper fiber, etc)
Weight: 300~650g/sq.m
Service Temperature: Continues: <200ºC; Peaks: 220ºC
Surface treatment for choice: singed & glazed, heat set, water and oil repellence, PTFE suspension bath, PTFE membrane.

Main applications of the anti-static filter cloth:
1.For flammable dust collectors in cement plants, power plants, metallurgy industries, that may need the fossil fuels for their boilers. Such as the coal mills (coal mills filter bag) in these plants.
2.For explosive dust collection in machinery plants. Such as polish the accessories made of aluminum, copper, etc.
3.For powder collection in food plants, such as the flour mills, coffee, dried milk (milk powder), etc.
4.Petro chemicals and other industries may need to filter the flammable particles.
