Characteristics and uses
This lubricant is a unified oil agent for front and rear spinning of polyester wool type staple fibers. The oil agent has good smoothness and good tow bundling.This oil can effectively suppress static electricity generated in the process.
It has excellent spinnability in short fiber opening, carding, web forming, drawing, woolen spinning, worsted spinning and other processes.
It can effectively inhibit the accumulation of white powder in fiber friction parts (rollers, metal parts, etc.).

How to use
1. Emulsion preparation method: Add a certain amount of oil to the stirred deionized water and stir evenly for 30 minutes.
2. Recommended emulsion concentration: 0.2~0.6% for pre-spinning and 2~6% for post-spinning
Note: In winter, the oil needs to be fully balanced indoors before use.

Packaging and storage
1. Packed in plastic barrels (200L) or tank container (1000L).
