Popcorn Processing Line with Syrup Spraying

1  Introduction
  Popcorn processing line with syrup spraying is designed with consistency, delicacy and stability. It is highly automated, users just need to monitor at the switchboard, saves labour force cost. This line is easy for maintenance, also every part can be divided and clean on their own. Also, this line make oil recycled within popper station tunnel, with oil filter and consistent oil heating, prevent over-heat and reduce oil wastage. There are two versions of this processing line, the front part is the same, only difference is the final part, one with cooling drum, another with seasoning applicator, either, this line can manage to manufacture high quality products with user-friendly control system
