A: For stock goods, there is no MOQ. However, due to the high international shipping costs, we recommend a minimum order of 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, we offer free samples of our regular products, though the shipping cost must be covered by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there will be a sampling cost in addition to shipping (see details on No.14-14 for necessary details required for Custom Requests before quotation).

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Certainly. Please send us your detailed requirements for the customized logo.

6.What are your payment terms?
We accept L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other payment terms upon request. Just contact us for more details.

7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For stock items, delivery is typically 3-4 days after receiving 30% deposit. For custom orders, it takes 15-30 days, depending on the quantity.

8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay the deposit?
We offer trade assurance, ensuring your order is secure and delivered as promised.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF pricing options. Delivery can be by air, sea, or express. Default shipping is from Jinzhou Port, but other ports can be arranged upon request.
