Clean Room doors with galvanzied steel or stainless steel 304
Clean doors can be used in all levels of clean room, purification room, dust-free room, trailer and other places where the color plate partition is needed. It has advantages of double sealing, thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation. Color plate or stainless steel plate can be used to customize different sizes of clean door as to customer's requirements.
 
Features:
1. The door page is filled with high-pressure PU foam which meet standard fire prevention, heat transfer resistance>=0.25m2 k/w,
Sound insulation performance>=25dB, surface plate is PVC anti-static film or color steel anti-static spray treatment.
2. Anti-radiation door can choose 1.0mm or 2.0mm stereotype inside.
3. Aluminum frame and sealed by specially designed sealing strips, to ensure good sealing effect.
 

Technical Data

Door leaf1.0mm 304 stainless steel or galvanized steel sheet materials with high-quality powder coating finish. Inside is filled with high-density paper honeycomb or Aluminium honeycomb.
Door frame1.5mm galvanized steel or 1.0mm thick 304stainless steel.
Vision windowspecial clean room glass. It is made from double layer tempered glass, and  Its surface is on the same plane with door leaf, to avoid dust retention and realize easy cleaning.

lockstainless steel handle lock, beautiful and durable.
Seal structure3mm EPDM seal rubber is installed all-round the edge of the door frame to resist dust and rain.  Further more, automatic seal rubber is installed at the bottom of the door leaf. It will automatically get down and close the gap with ground floor when door closed.
