A: For in-stock items, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, considering high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity will depend on the requested colors, patterns, and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely! Our advanced design team is capable of meeting all your custom design requests.

3.How do you control the quality?
A: We have dedicated Quality Control (QC) teams who meticulously inspect each order before delivery.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, free samples of our regular products are available. However, the delivery cost is to be borne by the customer. For custom carpet samples, a sampling cost will apply in addition to shipping charges. (Refer to No.14-14 for necessary details on custom requests before receiving a quotation.)

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Yes, both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) services are available. Please provide detailed specifications for your custom logo.

6.What are your payment terms?
You can make payments via L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other methods upon request. Please contact us for more information.

7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For in-stock items, delivery is typically within 3-4 days after payment and receiving a 30% deposit. For customized orders, expect a delivery time of 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the quantity.

8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?
We offer trade assurance, allowing you to place your order with confidence.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. You can choose to have your goods delivered by air, sea, or express. Typically, we ship from Jinzhou Port unless otherwise requested.
